I’m up and running again. I know you were getting used to seeing a new card every two days then everything stopped. Sorry about that. I finally got a new computer and it took my personal IT guy (my husband) a bit of time to get all my “stuff” in order. I think I’m good to go now. 🙂
My husband and I took two cruises back to back so I scheduled blog posts to appear while we were gone. We took a Transatlantic from Miami first. After 8 days at sea we docked in Tenerife, Canary Islands. Next ports were – Spain: Malaga, Cartagena & Barcelona (2 days); France: Nice; Italy: Livorno (Florence & Pisa) and ended in Rome. While new passengers got on board we took an excursion in the Tuscan countryside and did some olive oil tasting. Second cruise was Italy, Greece and Turkey. We left Rome then Santorini, Athens, Mykonos, Kusadasi and Bodrum (Turkey) then Crete, Naples and back to Rome. We spent 3 days in Rome before heading home. We were gone for 30 days which we decided was a long time to be away from home but we did love every minute and we were NEVER bored.
Since returning things have been crazy. Our daughter and three grandchildren missed us bunches so we have spent time with them (while their dad is deployed) and also with my 93 year old mother who is doing just great but loves our visits as often as possible.
Thank you for sticking with me. I appreciate your loyalty.
Here’s a card that can be used for so many occasions. I made it as an anniversary card but the gals in my class used all different sentiments:
I love this set of stamps and framelits! Botanical Blooms Stamp Set and Botanical Builder Framelits. I also decided to use some of our retiring colors and I’m very happy with this combination.
The actual color of the flowers is Calypso Coral and Hello Honey. They look different because of the sponging.
Products Used:
Stamp Sets – A Dozen Thoughts (Retired)
Ink – Lost Lagoon, Calypso Coral, Hello Honey
Paper – Lost Lagoon, Whisper White, Calypso Coral, Hello Honey, Old Olive, Basic Black
Accessories – Botanical Builder Framelits
Hope you like this card and please feel free to CASE it (Copy and Share Everything). I’m hoping to get back to at least one or two posts of new cards each week.
Happy Stamping!
