There are two items this week that are a must for me. If you don’t already have the Decorative Punch…now is the time to get it. I can’t tell you how often I use mine. In fact, at a class last week we used it when someone made a “goof” and we used that punch to cover it up. Worked perfectly.

My other “go to” item is the Crazy About You stamp set. The 1/8″ gold ribbon comes in very handy to jazz up any card. I personally don’t have the other two items but that Mini Treat Bag Thinlits Die is calling my name. 🙂

Thinking of You at Christmas

Here’s a card I did with my stamp club before my trip. The ladies loved the sparkly ornaments and the silver, black and white is just stunning. Who would think to use black and white for Christmas!

As you can see I used several products from the Holiday Catalog. Be sure to check out all the items that will retire as of January 4th. While you’re at it…also check out the Clearance items. I bought a bunch of the large boxes and I’ve covered them with Christmas paper and made big bows with our White Satin Ribbon. They will be very handy to wrap up presents in a hurry. I’ll post a few so you can see.

I used the new Watermelon Wonder cardstock and ink, Memento Tuxedo Black ink, You’ve Got This Stamp Set and some retired black lace. Quick yet very pretty. We added a strip of Watermelon Wonder on the inside with a corner of the flower stamp on the outside of the envelope. I’m really into the envelope liners and love the finished look. I saw this design by Sue Becker and changed it up a tad.

Third Easter Card for Class

This card was well received and I made extras for myself. The pink is actually embossed with the new Spring Flowers folder but it is difficult to see. We used Stampin’ Dimensionals for the border and the egg. That made the flowers stand out too.

This is the inside sentiment.

I don’t think I’m finished with Easter cards yet so you may see some new creations soon.
