Wedding Wishes

Here’s another card from the May class…please excuse the ink that bled. My sample got a little too close to the baby wipes during class. ¬†ūüė¶

Wedding Wishes 1

Don’t you just love the Rose Garden Thinlits paired with the Rose Wonder Stamp Set? You can create so many cards with just those two items.

Wedding Wishes 2

The decorated envelope adds to the total look. I had to use my Blackberry Bliss paper and ink one last time before that color retired.

Here’s the inside sentiment with the Curvy Corner Trio Punch (retired) once again adding a lovely touch to the sentiment.

Wedding Wishes 3

Everyone loved this card and it can be used for so many occasions by simply changing the sentiments.

Products Used:

Stamp Set – Rose Wonder

Ink – Blackberry Bliss (retired)

Paper – Whisper White, Blackberry Bliss (retired)

Accessories – Rose Garden Thinlits, Curvy Corner Trio Punch (retired), Pearls

Next up will be Sympathy Cards. No one really likes the idea of making them but they are a necessity unfortunately.

Happy Stamping!

Anniversary Love Birds

Hello my dear stampers/crafters…once again I apologize for not getting some regular posts out to you. I think I have a few ready to get back into the swing of things.

Today I’m sharing a card we made in the May class themed Anniversary and Wedding. I just love our “retired” Bird Builder Punch and they make perfect little love birds.

Love Birds 1

The inside simply states “Happy Anniversary”.¬† The Lovely Lace Embossing Folder makes a beautiful background.

Love Birds 2

You’ll notice I used the retired Curvy Corner Trio Punch. This is one punch I can’t let go. Almost all my class participants either had it or bought it before it actually retired. We all LOVE it.

Products used:

Stamp Sets – Express Yourself (retired)

Ink – Island Indigo

Paper – Whisper White, Island Indigo, Wild Wasabi, Regals DSP stack

Accessories – Bird Builder Punch (retired), Lovely Lace Embossing Folder, Curvy Corner Trio Punch (retired)

A fun card to make that was well received. Try it!

Until my next blog (Wedding Wishes) …

Happy Stamping!

Mother’s Day Fold

Mother’s Day is just around the corner…so here is one you might enjoy.

You can see how it opens up to another beautiful sentiment inside.

Happy Stamping!

Little Birdie Birthday

Here’s a cute card using the Bird Builder Punch. It turned out so adorable I can’t figure out why I haven’t used this punch before! I am addicted to punches and now really liking all the new dies.

Little Bird Birthday 1

This bird is just so cute. I love Daffodil Delight with Old Olive…so classic. Of course any card can be dressed up with those great corners using the Curvy Trio Corner Punch. The white card is popped up with Stampin’ Dimensionals to make it stand out. The sentiment comes from a great Hostess set called Happy Birthday, Everyone.

The inside has a little bird bringing the birthday greetings “to you”.

Little Bird Birthday 2

A peek at the front and inside together. Just turned the bird over to get it to face in the other direction.

Little Bird Birthday 3

Products Used:

Stamp Set – Happy Birthday, Everyone (Hostess Set)

Ink – Memento Tuxedo Black

Paper – Whisper White, Old Olive, Daffodil Delight, Pretty Petals DSP Stack (for envelope liner)

Accessories – Curvy Trio Corner Punch, Bird Builder Punch, Daffodil Delight Ribbon, Stampin’ Dimensionals

Hope you enjoyed today’s card featuring the Bird Builder Punch. If you don’t have it already, you might want to consider it. I foresee I’ll be using it a lot more from now on. ūüôā

Until next time…Happy Stamping!

Blessed Easter

Here’s another Easter card for you…

Blessed Easter

I must explain that I used a retired stamp set but I just LOVE this stamp. It’s from the Occasions 2014 catalog. There are some demos who are willing to part with it so if you are interested…just let me know and I’ll post it on our Pals private FB page. It’s a one piece¬†wood set but I cut the sentiment so I could use separately too.

Of course, I used Blackberry Bliss…my favorite retiring In Color. (Reminder – all the 2014-16 In Colors will retire on May 31. If there are items you would like – now is the time to get them while Sale-A-Bration is still on.)

Products Used:

Stamp Sets – Blessed Easter (R)

Ink – Blackberry Bliss, Melon Mambo, Wild Wasabi

Paper – Blackberry Bliss, Whisper White

Accessories – Aqua Painters, Curvy Trio Punch

Hope you have a wonderful Easter!

Happy Stamping!

Wedding Wishes

It’s getting close to that time of year when we celebrate a lot of¬†weddings¬†so I revised the Cottage Greetings Card Kit to meet my needs. It’s a great kit as is but you can also do so much more with it.

Wedding Wishes 1

I added the decorative corners with the Curvy Corner Trio Punch and used silver embossing powder for the sentiment.

Wedding Wishes 2

Here’s the inside sentiment again Silver Embossing and popped up on Silver Foil Paper. This is a perfect sentiment.¬†

Wedding Wishes 3

One of the great things about this kit is it includes the Silver Foil envelope liners. Also the base card came from the kit. I love it!

Products used:

Stamp Set – Rose Wonder

Ink – Versa Mark

Paper – Cottage Greetings Card Kit, Silver Foil, Whisper White

Accessories – Silver Embossing Powder, Curvy Corner Trio Punch

Quick and easy! You should really consider this kit and others. You can follow the directions or go off and create with the kit as your starting point. My next kit project is the Tin of Cards. It has been sitting here since the Annual Catalog came out!

Have a wonderful week and until my next post – Happy Stamping!

Be Mine Valentine

Be Mine

We made this lovely Valentine card at our last class. It is made using Pink Pirouette and Rose Red Cardstock. The Bloomin’ Love heart¬†and Be Mine Banner are heat embossed with White Embossing Powder. The Curvy Corner Trio Punch adds a decorative embellishment to the corners with the Whisper White Satin Ribbon. The Rose Red piece is popped up with Stampin’ Dimensionals.¬†

I love the White Satin Ribbon…anytime I see it on sale I buy a few! It is gorgeous ribbon.¬†

So many of you are really smart because you are making your orders in increments of $50.00 so that you earn a FREE Sale-A-Bration item for every $50.00. The selection in the SAB brochure is great and you will want everything or almost everything!

If you haven’t checked out the Occasions catalog and the Sale-A-Bration brochure yet…just find them¬†in the right hand sidebar and click to bring¬†each one up so you can scroll through the pages. There are so many wonderful items in this Occasions catalog.

Tomorrow there will be NEW Weekly Deals so watch for that post.

Happy Stamping!

Another Thank You Card

Here’s the second Thank You card we made in class…

Thank You Card Christmas 1

This was a fun and quick card to make. I used Real Red, Slate and Whisper White. I think the layering of the cardstock is what makes this card.

Thank You Card Christmas Inside

Here’s the inside. I found this in my “old” stock. It’s a Stampin’ Up! stamp set from 1999! It’s a set of all sentiments called Versatile Verses. I will never part with that set!

Wednesday I’ll post the third thank you card.

Until then…

Happy Stamping!

Some quick Thank You notes

ch day 20

I really love the stamp set “Work of Art”. It is so versatile and “quick”! Just let you imagination go with color combos. I used Fabulous Four SS for the sentiment. The¬†Project Life Corner Punch and the new Curvy Corner Trio Punch¬†were used for the bottom edges…it softens it all a bit.

Just a quick post to show you what I have been working on.

Have a great weekend and Happy Stamping!

Christmas Bottle Tag

Sorry I haven’t posted much lately – I’ve been in the creating mode! I hope to be posting at least twice a week now (probably more)!

Let’s begin the holidays with some bottle tags!

Bottle Tag 1.1

Bottle Tag 2.2

I used the new Curvy Corner Trio Punch and the Embellished Ornaments/Delicate Ornament Thinlits Bundle. I think I’ll be making a lot of these! Keep in mind…they don’t have to go on just a wine bottle! I used the Decorative Label Punch to stamp the sentiment on. That sentiment also came from a new Holiday stamp set called Lots of Joy.

Happy Stamping!
