Easter Blooms

Hello Stampers! Today’s card was inspired by Patty Bennett. I just love this card! Unfortunately this card got a little ink on it from my classes before I took the photos – so please excuse. If you have any ideas on how to cover it…let me know! It’s so close to the bottom another flower would not work. 😦

All my Easter cards were photographed in our lemon tree. We have so many lemons we are giving them away to anyone who lives close. I used the SAB stamp set – Thoughtful Blooms along with the SAB punch – Small Bloom Punch. I love both and will use them long after SAB is over!

Here’s the inside sentiment. I continued the sprig of flowers with the sentiment. This card is pretty simple but is really cute.

Stampin’ Up! Products Used:

Stamp Set – Thoughtful Blooms (SAB)

Ink – Gorgeous Grape, Highland Heather, Seaside Spray, Granny Apple Green

Paper – Purple Posy, Whisper White, Tropical Oasis DSP

Accessories – Small Bloom Punch (SAB)

I hope you enjoyed seeing this card. If you got these two Sale-A-Bration items then you should make this card! Until next week…

Happy Stamping!     Donna

Easter Lamb

Hello Stampers!

For the next six posts I’ll be sharing Easter Cards. Since I offer six designs in my classes I had to hunt for different stamp sets…so I had to go in to my retired sets to find the ones I wanted to use. You may remember today’s stamp set – Easter Lamb – too cute not to use!

I actually made two versions of this card. This is the one we made in my classes. The white piece is actually embossed with Layered Leaves Embossing Folder.

This photo shows the embossing a tad better. 🙂

This is the inside of both cards.

This is my second version. I made these for my grandchildren. I actually got a couple tiny clouds in this one!

Hello Stampers and Happy Valentine Day!  Hope you have lots of love and happiness!

Here’s my last Valentine Card.

This card really is white on pink on white but it all looks kind of pinkish. ? The Be Mine Stitched Dies made this card possible.

This close up looks white. 🙂 I love those Iridescent Sequins!

Pop Up Valentine

Hello Stampers! Today is #5 of my Valentine Cards.

Well…this is pretty simple – DSP, bow and Everyday Label Punch.

Here’s the inside! I actually did this part in two different versions. I stamped hearts all over the pink paper. I couldn’t decide if it was too busy but I think I will be adding something to this one. I always try to leave the door open for my class members to add their own creative touch. I learn so much from them!

Here’s a close up!

Until tomorrow…Happy Stamping!    Donna

From My Heart

Hello Stampers! Here’s #4 Valentine.

I LOVE the From My Heart DSP…it is so versatile! We punched out the hearts from the paper. I CASE’d this card from my upline Mary Fish. I just fell in love with it so I had to CASE it.

Friend Valentine

Hello Stampers! This week will be filled with Valentines. Here’s one for a dear friend.

I have a very long time and dear friend I sent this card to. We have been friends since we were five! We went all through school together then went to college in nearby areas. She was in my wedding and I in hers. She moved to San Diego and 2 years later my husband and I moved there. We continue to be very close and best of friends. Unfortunately she won’t see this for a while because she and her husband are off on a cruise through the Panama Canal but I’m hoping she will still love it. I also hope that you will enjoy it too.

A close up of the wording. I love this sentiment!

I had to cover up what I wrote because I forgot to take the photo before I signed it…sorry about that!

Heartfelt Valentine

Hello Stampers – today I have Valentine Card #2 for you.

I absolutely love the From My Heart DSP…I’ve used it on all of my Valentine Cards! The Heart Pack Punches make life so easy!

A little close up showing details of the front panel.

Here’s the inside of the card.

This card was CASE’d from Linda Bedinger. It was just so cute I had to CASE it.

Here’s a close-up of the heart stamp…it is so cool. Everyone in class wanted to know how to make the white letters.

The trick is to make sure you have enough ink on the stamp and it’s a snap!

Hope you enjoyed this Valentine Card…number 3 is on it’s way!

Happy Stamping!    Donna

Meant To Be

Hello Stampers!  I have some Valentine cards for you so I’ll be posting more often this week to get my six cards in.

Today’s card was an inspiration (CASE with changes) from Sharon Armstrong. This will be for my husband – I love it!

The lettering is done with silver ink and not heat embossing.

Here’s a close up

Notice that this is white on white background with the embossed piece raised with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Also note that you should cut your heart out BEFORE you emboss. 🙂

Here’s the inside…

This card is simple but elegant. I used the silver foil for both the inside and front as well as the black – no wasted paper!

Stampin’ Up! Products Used:

Paper – Whisper White, Black, Silver Foil

Inspiring Iris Birthday

Hello Stampers! Here’s the last Birthday card before I get into the Valentine Cards.
