New Card for PPA 253

This week we were given a sketch for Pals Paper Arts and I decided to use some of the retiring colors as well as two punches (which is also a challenge from Stampin’ Up!).

The sketch:

Here’s what I came up with:

PPA 253

I thought these colors were fresh and summery…since some of us are beginning to enjoy the warmer weather.

I have two more cards to share but you’ll have to wait until after the weekend. I’m helping my daughter out with her three little ones while her husband┬áis deployed for 7 to 9 months. I’ll be taking small leaves from stamping for the next 7 to 9 months! čÖé

Have a great weekend and Happy Stamping!

Puzzle Card

This card is quick and easy but yet intriguing. My friend and downline, Shelby Long, gave me this idea that she had seen done by Deb Valder. I loved it immediately and decided we had to do it in our May class.

Puzzle Card 1

Pick a design that goes together nicely if cut apart. Leave out one of the corners (I chose the lower left) and that one goes on the inside in the appropriate position.

Puzzle Card 2

My class participants enjoyed making this card and we all agreed it’s a great way to use up retired DSP.

Deb Valder has a great video tutorial HERE

Have fun with this unique puzzle card. čÖé

Pals Paper Arts Challenge 252

This week’s challenge:

PPA 252 B

This idea immediately came to mind. It’s clean and simple and I can add more as I choose.

See what you can create using this sketch. It’s fun and it gets the creative juices flowing.

Happy Stamping!

Pal Paper Arts Color Challenge #251

Here is the Color Palette we were given for today’s challenge:

PPA 251 Color palette

Lovely colors so I decided I wanted a very clean and simple card.

PPA 251

I must admit I do love Flowering Flourishes and Petite Petals. I used color on color for the flowers with pearl embellishments of course.

I used a Crumb Cake card, our challenge colors in paper and ink and an added touch of Old Olive for the flourish and sponging.

I’m working on new cards for my May classes so stay tuned for some new creations. čÖé

Pretty Spring Card by my Guest Stamper

I’d like to show you a beautiful card created by Jacki Nagle. She is fairly new to┬áStampin’ Up! products and has started a great collection which she used┬áto┬ácreate this bright and cheery card.

Jacki A 4.5.15

I love how she used the Perfect Polka Dot Embossing Folder on the DSP.

Jacki B 4.5.15

Here’s another view. I’m sure we are going to see many creative cards done by Jacki.

I would LOVE to have you as my guest stamper! It’s easy – make a card, take a photo or two and send them to me. I’ll post them so others can admire them and maybe even CASE them (Copy And Share Everything).

Thank you Jacki for sharing your creativity and beautiful card.
