New Card for PPA 253

This week we were given a sketch for Pals Paper Arts and I decided to use some of the retiring colors as well as two punches (which is also a challenge from Stampin’ Up!).

The sketch:

Here’s what I came up with:

PPA 253

I thought these colors were fresh and summery…since some of us are beginning to enjoy the warmer weather.

I have two more cards to share but you’ll have to wait until after the weekend. I’m helping my daughter out with her three little ones while her husband is deployed for 7 to 9 months. I’ll be taking small leaves from stamping for the next 7 to 9 months! 🙂

Have a great weekend and Happy Stamping!

  1. Thank you, Windy for your very nice comment. Glad you liked my card. It was a bit more “pop” than I usually do but it’s good to move out of our comfort zone. 🙂

  2. Jackie, thank you so much for the kind words. I will definitely pass your words of thanks on to my son in law. All of our military really appreciate our gratitude to them.

  3. Great card and the colors really pop! The flowers are so cool! Thanks for joining the Pals sketch this week!

  4. I will keep you and yours in my prayers.  Thank him for protesting are Country.
